Organize annual meetings, including:
Obtain meeting location,
Prepare and mail meeting Notice, Proxy, handouts, etc.
Conduct the meeting and oversee elections
Develop and maintain developer-homeowner communications
Manage compliance and enforcement of Covenants, conditions, and Restrictions:
On-site inspections of each neighborhood
Issue violation notices
Schedule and oversee contractors and vendors, such as landscapers, pool management, and neighborhood security:
Obtain contractor bids
Handle negotiations for any special projects
Neighborhood event planning
Attend Board meetings
Update directors and answer questions
Field and answer questions from Homeowners
